In this study, a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the developed protective media with the experimental data of other authors was conducted. The results demonstrate the feasibility of using the developed protective medium, considering the synbiotic effect from the interaction of pro- and prebiotics due to the formation of a milk-inulin matrix.
