ОЦІНКА ЦИТОТОКСИЧНОСТІ ДЕКАМЕТОКСИНУ НА КЛІТИННУ ЛІНІЮ HEP-2

CD50 and MTD of decamethoxin, which is widely used in medicine, were determined. The study demonstrated virtually unchanged cytotoxicity of the compound on cells of the HEP-2 line within 72 hours. The toxicity of the compound did not increase with time, which indicates the absence of accumulation and the relative resistance of cells to decamethoxin.
