The presented materials are dedicated to the study of the basidiomycete Grifola frondosa in submerged culture. The influence of the composition of the medium was established and the most favorable glucose concentration for the accumulation of mycelial biomass was determined, and the activity of the monophenol monooxygenase enzyme was revealed.
