This paper is devoted to the screening of nine chicory hairy root lines by their specific flavonoid content and antioxidant activity. In all studied lines values of both parameters were higher than in the control (non-transformed roots). The results of the screening allowed to select lines with the highest values of flavonoid content and antioxidant activity for further research.
