Анотація

In this study, a technique for manufacturing a chitosan gel and selection of characteristics for multilayer printing of a chitosan scaffold on a bioprinter and was determinated of rheological characteristics are proposed. The characteristics of bioprinting and a detailed description of the improvement of the hydrogel production process are given.
