Анотація

This article investigates the influence of ultrasonic treatment and hydroethanolic solvent concentration on the extraction efficiency of biologically active compounds from licorice roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.). Differences in the composition of extracts obtained with 40% and 70% ethanol were revealed by thin-layer chromatography. The combination of ultrasonic treatment with 70% ethanol provided the most efficient extraction of biologically active components.
