This study presents a numerical simulation of ultrasonic wave propagation in a 50L cylindrical fermenter with an elliptical bottom designed for kombucha cultivation. Using Ansys CFX, the research analyzed acoustic pressure distribution, velocity fields, and shear strain rates in a specific medium.
