Accurate prediction of magnetosome chain architecture is a foundational step in magnetogenetics. We applied a Random Forest classifier to predict chain assembly phenotypes from bacterial genomic profiles. Crucially, genes regulating crystal maturation outperformed traditional cytoskeletal markers as structural predictors. This reveals a profound evolutionary coupling between biomineralization and spatial organization.
