Анотація

Mosses, particularly Sphagnum species, are increasingly recognized as multifunctional biotechnological resources. This review analyzes their role in ecosystem restoration, carbon sequestration, and bioenergy, highlighting microbial fuel cells and thermochemical conversion as sustainable, nature-based solutions.
