This study presents an in silico safety assessment of novel tosufloxacin derivatives with bioisosteric substitutions at N1 and C7. ADME/Tox tools were used to predict hepatotoxicity, mutagenicity, P-glycoprotein-related transport and potential drug-drug interactions. The analysis helped identify the most promising derivatives for further study.
