Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are important regulators of hypoxia-responsive transcription. Here, a lncRNA-focused analysis of the public RNA-seq dataset GSE245300 was performed to identify candidate lncRNAs associated with the hypoxic response in rat cardiac tissue. The results provide a basis for further validation.
