The article presents the results of an experimental study of the influence of maltodextrin on the growth of the probiotic strain Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus LB3. The analysed results demonstrate a decrease in culture growth in maltodextrin medium compared to glucose. These findings emphasize the importance of selecting a prebiotic individually to achieve effective synergy with the probiotic.
