This study evaluates the biological activity of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) derived from Pseudomonas aeruginosa as a key virulence factor influencing host immune responses. LPS exhibits strong endotoxic properties, activating innate immunity through Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signaling and inducing the production of proinflammatory cytokines and contributing to systemic inflammatory responses.
