Анотація

This study evaluates the effect of ethanol concentration on the extraction of phenolic compounds from Arnica montana. Using spectrophotometric analysis, it was determined that the yield of bioactive substances depends significantly on the solvent’s polarity. The maximum recovery of phenolic compounds was achieved with 80% ethanol, providing a methodological basis for optimizing the production of high-quality extracts for pharmaceutical use.
