Анотація

This study evaluates oral insulin as a physiological alternative to injections. Overcoming GI barriers via nanoparticles and microrobots shows preclinical promise. However, clinical candidates face variability and scalability issues. Success depends on integrating advanced nanomedicine to bridge the translational gap.
