The conditions for monitoring the color changes of the metachromatic reaction of volutinous granules of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae and the values of the geomagnetic field intensity at frequencies below 1 Hz for further determination of the correlation coefficients between them, at which significant changes in the reaction are noted.
