This study presents an overview of the GSE60438 dataset, which contains 125 placental samples obtained via cesarean section. Samples were grouped into control and preeclampsia cases, with further subdivision into early and late forms based on gestational age. Metadata including diagnosis, gestational age, maternal age, gravidity, parity, and infant sex were supplemented from original publications and systematically organized for comparative analysis.
