Анотація

Pectinases are one of the most popular enzymes in the world. They are used in various industries. Given the growing demand for these enzymes, we are looking at the most efficient producers. For this review, I have chosen actinomycetes as the main group of producers. In addition, this review also looks at culture media and cultivation conditions.
