Анотація

This article is devoted to the influence of the component composition of the nutrient media on the growth and enzymatic activity of Laetiporus sulphureus in surface culture was studied. It was found that extracts of birch sawdust and grape pomace slightly stimulate mycelial growth and significantly increase the activity of oxidoreductases, such as peroxidases.
